Journal of Advanced Concrete Technology |
| Journal of Advanced Concrete Technology (hereafter ACT) is a collection of articles in English issued by Japan Concrete Institute (hereafter JCI). |
| ACT is published three times a year and the electronic reprints are also exposed in J-Stage (Japanes electronic publishing repository) <http://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/> at the same time.

The ACT subscription period shall be from January 1st to December 31st. If you enter your subscription after January 1st, your subscription period is from the day you enter to December 31st next year.(Subscription fee is the same.) Subscription will be automatically renewed unless cancellation is notified by subscribers.

| Subscription fees for each category are as follows:Register your credit card number when entering your subscription.Subscription fees will be charged to the credit card after your identity has been confirmed.Subscription fees should be paid in a lump-sum in advance. |

Institutional subscriber: Two copies are sent every time a new ACT is issued during the subscription period.

Yen 9,600/year |
Individual subscriber: One copy is sent every time a new ACT is issued during the subscription period. Also, ACT articles can be downloaded from J-Stage during the subscription period.

Entering a subscription agreement |
| Agree to the terms of agreement and enter your subscription from "Subscribe" on this site. |

Validation of subscription |
| Subscriptions will be validated after your identity has been confirmed by the credit card statement (Records of Charge or Charge Records) you sent to us. You can download articles from J-Stage 1 to 2 weeks after your subscription is validated. |

Statement (Records of Charge or Charge Records) |
Fax or send your credit card statement (Records of Charge or Charge Records) as an attachment file to JCI (Fax: +81-3-3263-2115, E-mail: act-sub@jci-net.or.jp) within 2 weeks after you enter your subscription. We will confirm your identity based on the information such as name, address, the credit card company printed on the statement (Records of Charge or Charge Records). |

Subscriber number and password |
| After your identity has been confirmed by your credit card statement (Records of Charge or Charge Records), your subscriber number and password is sent by the E-mail. Subscribers have full responsibility for the management and use of the subscriber number and password. Subscribers are not allowed to let any third party use or know the subscriber number and password. |
| If there are any changes in registered information such as address and E-mail, immediately edit them from "Edit Your Details" on this site. |

Changing subscription category |
| To change your subscription category, you must first unsubscribe by going through the necessary procedures in the "Unsubscribe" section of this site, and subscribe again. |

Changing your credit card |
| To change the registered credit card type and number, you must first unsubscribe by going through the necessary procedures in the "Unsubscribe" section of this site, and subscribe again. |

Automatic subscription renewal |
| JCI will automatically renew your subscription when your current subscription period expires. Subscription fees for the renewed period will be charged to the same credit card used to pay the fee for the current subscription. However, if subscribers do not want to renew the subscription, go through the necessary procedures (go to "Unsubscribe" on this site) to cancel the next subscription prior to expiration of the current subscription period. |

| Subscription fees are not refundable for any reason whatsoever. |

Invalidation and cancellation of subscription |
| If subscribers violate any of following rules, JCI can cancel the subscription after notifying and reminding the subscribers of the violation. If there is an an outstanding balance, the subscriber must settle the balance immediately. Subscription fees paid before cancellation are not refundable. |

Handling of subscriber's information |
| JCI does not use subscriber's registered information for purposes other than management of this site and ACT without subscriber's consent. However, JCI can use subscriber's information to inform subscribers about JCI's new services. |
| JCI assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages resulting from the use of information in ACT and on this site. |

Applicable laws and agreed exclusive direct-control court |
| Japanese law is the applicable law in this case. If any lawsuit should be brought against JCI by subscribers, the court which has jurisdiction over the JCI location is the court of first instance. |
| JCI can change agreements based on its discretion. Changed agreements will be posted on this site and all subscribers are subject to them. |
